Nonetheless, the store is staging a political protest on one of the hot button astronomical issues of our days: Is Pluto a planet or not? Protesters will be gathering in front of the store, then march up Greenwood Ave. Noted pro-Pluto advocates such as Tim Lloyd and Nicole Brodeur will also be on hand.
It’s no wonder that neither Clinton nor Obama have taken a side in this controversial issue. To commit one way or another would no doubt alienate some critical part of their electorate.
