Fresh on the heels of Cory Doctorow’s readings last weekend, the father of cyberpunk arrives in the Emerald City to promote his latest book, Spook Country. Just out in paperback, the novel is about punk rock journalism, locative art, and rogue intelligence agencies. In other words, William Gibson at his finest. The man himself will be reading and signing books down at the University Bookstore (here’s their events calendar) on Tuesday evening.
